Pics of my RS*R EXMAG on my EM1 Si + review
Here is a short video clip of the exhaust in xion. Yes, the video quality sucks, but the audio is good, and thats what I needed anyway. Its encoded in MPEG4 BTW, incase you are having problems viewing it.

I figured it was time that I got around to actually posting the pics I took of my new exhaust and test pipe. Many thanks to SZA (from clubSi) for, once again, lending his hands and his tools to me in order to rice out my car even more!
In case you didn’t know already, I purchased an RS*R EXMag cat-back exhaust. It has an inner pipe diameter of 60mm or 2.36", which is near ideal for a mildly built NA B series.
The tip is a slight oval, with the highest part being 4" exactly and the center diameter (across) being ~ 3.8". The whole system is made of stainless steel, although 98% of the system is also covered in a black thermal coating, only the tip is left uncoated and polished. Even though it may sound like it, the entire system wasn’t very heavy at all.
Fit is 100% perfect after install, no shakes or rattles and the tip stays in 1 place even when on uneven hardtop at higher speeds
The test pipe is also made of SS. Its very high quality, and the computer welds looked BAD ***. It was perfectly made to fit my JDM ITR header's 2.5" collector, and tapered down to fir a 60mm exhaust. The only complaint about it is the odd placement of the 02 sensor bung. It’s down right retarded. It either has to point straight up or straight down, neither of which allows for either an 02 sensor or wideband to reach/fit/work properly. E.g. it’s completely useless! But what do you want for 50 bucks, right?
As for the sound, that’s a different matter. Remember that this is an NA 1.8l Honda engine with no catalytic converter. Now having mentioned that, it actually sounds pretty decent given that fact. It does sound a bit raspy/farty below 4K RPM, but after that it mellows out and sounds pretty good. When VTEC engaged I actually got a little wood! Now the clips I had heard of the RSR made it sound a bit more tame, and without a doubt, with a stock cat on this it would sound almost completely stock unless wailing away at WOT.
I will take some videos with my new digital camcorder and get some examples up for you to hear. I guess the point is moot though, since I installed my new J's style intake. That thing is so loud that I can no longer hear the exhaust under WOT. I have to be at part throttle, or revving in neutral (no load on the engine) in order to hear it at all. From the outside, it’s become very directional. Meaning if you are in front of me all you hear is intake, and if you are behind THEN you hear exhaust note.
As for performance gain, I can only go by butt dyno. And from that, I must say it pulls much harder. Now before you call BS or "louder doesn’t = faster", remember that I was running a larger then stock engine, with higher then stock compression, and intake and a header on the stock civic cat & exhaust. Uncorking that REALLY helped. I could feel the extra torque and the car was noticeably more responsive ion every respect. Now I’m kicking my self in the *** for not having gotten one sooner! Either way I’m highly ecstatic about the whole deal, and am 100% satisfied about my purchase. Oh and in case you were wondering, I got it for 480 shipped.
Well, you have probably skipped all that and went straight for the pictures, well here they are anyway:

Oh, BTW, the other end of the breathing consists of a JDM ITR header and PasswordJDM J's racing style CF intake, incase anyone cares.
looks like my si 3.5-4 yrs ago. glad ur lovin the exhaust. rsr is the sh*t. i've prolly owned 3-4 systems. they're definately my favorites using it on my ej right now.
thank you. I totally suggest you do get it if your goals are similar to mine.
Classy, low profile, yet subtelly performance oriented looks with low deep noise output and miniml riceyness; then this exhaust is for you. It flows remarkably well for a non-straight through design.

Yea, I was really close to getting a kteller kit my self, but I realized that I would never be able to get the flow characteristics with the sound quality that I can with this system. Perhaps I’m wrong on that. When you get your system please keep me up to date and take some movies of it.
Ill be posting some clips probably tomorrow of my exhaust in action!

What length is your test pipe, considering you have a jdm itr header and a usdm exhaust?
I am running a similar set-up, and wondering on cat length so I don't have to hang the header, measure it, take it off, order the cat, and do the install all over again.

Not sure how long it is. It came as the perfect length though. The product is the Omni power JDM 2.5 to 60mm test pipe. Ill crawl under there are measure it if you really need me to.

oh and if windows wont accept the codec, you need to download and install this to view/hear the file...

If you ever end up back under there in the next two weeks, I would be a big help to me, knowing the test pipe length. Until then I will do a little more searching.
Thanks
