I'm pretty sure you'll find the answer to your question + every other question you'll have about brakes some where in this thread

92cx and 92 si front disc's are the same
92 si rear brakes are smaller than 93-95 si/ex rear disc's
i picked up 92 si rear disc's for my 92 cx because i allready have 92 cx front brakes which ar the same as 92 si front brakes..which means all i need'd was a 40/40 prop valve to finish the swap since the 92 cx and 92 si share the same master cylinder and brake booster

This statment is completely UN-TRUE. Civic/Sol/Tegs have had the EXACT same rear discs from 1988-2000. If you don't believe me, crossreference the part numbers on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. The ONLY one that is different is the Integra Type R (& JDM/UKDM Civic Type R). The rotors are about .75" bigger in diameter, but thats it.
With the exception of the type R, all those brakes & suspension parts are interchangable.
