Nice work. That's a damn good idea, for a couple of reasons. For one, it eliminates the chance of fingers, or tools getting into the cam gears, if someone isn't paying attention. Plus for the sneakey type, who don't want anyone to know what their settings are, it keeps them secret. Nice work man, keep it up

tru, also important is the premature wear on the tbelt, being exposed to the elements

sorry i don't sell, it was just a weekend project. if you want to make your own all you need is 16 gauge sheet metal, a grinder, a saw, a welder, and paint. you'll need these 10mm screws.

just cut a 2 inch wide strip of sheet metal and bend it to follow the contours of the valve cover. you can make it as long as you want. then just weld a flat piece to the side of it and grind the edges to round them. i welded it on the inside so you wouldn't see my flux core welds thus eliminating the need for extra grinding on the outside.

is it just a cover? or did you cut off that last section of the valve cover and then add this>>>> hence to make changing your belts easier without taking the valve cover off.

this right here is an awesome idea, back when i first built my all motor itr set up, i almost lost it due to a bolt dropping in the dust cover and getting stuck rubbing the belt almost cutting it in half lucky for osme reason i pulled the valve cover off and saw it before it happened, and this was literaly 3 hours after i got it running and the motor had like 10 miles on it,

here a some pic of my belt

i'm assuming he left at least some of the end of the valve cover since the mounting points on his cover correspond to the two threaded holes on the end of the valve cover.
