I sold this guy David Martinez Jr. my stuff and he missed all 3 delivery attempts made by UPS. Well actually made that 5 delivery attempts. We both agreed upon registering the item as a COD item and I'm aware how he can't get the item until he pays UPS money order and check. No worries there. What I'm pissed off about is how I kept telling him to stay home so he wouldnt miss it again or at least have someone stay home for him. But NO he doesn't even check the tracking number. I understand how he might be busy with work or something but I need that money to buy some stuff from Nub99ek and he has to learn how to manage things. I've done everything to help him out, I even cut the cost of his shipping to nothing, if he doesn't get the item and it coems back to me, I'm gonna have to charge him the shipping and COD fees that I wasted on him. I've sent him countless PMs here and on AOL. No replies whatsoever. BAD BUYER/SELLER, I've seen some of his threads on classifieds and this guy seems too shady. CHIA, Report in, explain your bullshit and if I buy it, I'll delete this. You've wasted too much of my time. I don't to give you a bad reputation so you better clear this up.

That sucks. But let me tell you about member Darksoul. I drove 4.5 hours one way to sell him a shortblock. I had his cell number and he had mine. The idea was to show up and call him and decide on a place to eat. I showed up and called foe an hour and half. He never answered my call. When I got home I pmed him and he said there was an emergency. But he had his phone. He said he still wanted it but i told him i would not drive to hi location again. He never got back in touch or offered to pay for my gas since he was at fault. I understand emergencies happen but all he had to do was call he had my number.

 

That sucks man, my friend and I drove an hour away from Chicago last week to meet up with some guy he was supposed to buy rims from but the seller came up with some bs how his tranny blew.
