Sorry man.. I've been there before (for less money, fortunately). Hopefully you get some resolution.

 

hopefully you paid with a cc via paypal or something. if so i wouldnt even worry about your money. simply call the cc company and explain what occured and theyll give him about a week to show proof of shipping else they just do a chargeback.

 

i did a direct transfer from bank can i still do that? paypal purchases are secured right?

 

paypal blows. you can get scammed using direct transfers w/paypal (i have). even if it is escalated to a claim paypal will favor the scammer giving you a bs reason about it not being it their fine print blah blah yadda yadda. the only safe way to ever buy stuff online is using a cc with paypal (or another medium). i am not sure if your bank will allow a chargeback.

 

im sorry to hear about your misfortune.....noone likes to be scammed especially when its the money you lost...im not taking sides and i dont know the story..but ive known andy for a bit. and i can say he his usually a stand up guy. there is probably a GOOD reason why he hasnt sent it out yet. give it time.....im hoping good will come out for you..

 

F*** his reason tell him to send out the fkin seat. Its in the all motor thread building his new motor making it run, but have no time to send out the seat? year give me a break. His face needs to get bashed in with a bat.

but its not honda tech its everywhere....if its for alot i allways try to do COD or deal within a few hrs drive

 

well if you know andy personally can you please tell him to send out my seat or if you can help him ill even paypal you some money. i really need my seat man. And there should be no reason why he should be posting for help for his "build" and there is for sure no reason to not answer my calls or emails.

this blows i just seen his engine thread. id take a trip to see him and his car. **** getting scammed id drive as far as it took just to teach them a lesson and see the look on their face.

 

i would love to drive to wa to teach him a lesson but i am giving him the chance NOW to come out clean and also i dont have the time to do such a thing. id rather have his friend go get the seat if theres even a seat and pay him to ship it

Odd that he didn't edit his thread as "ITR Seat sold". He last posted on December 10th and you said it's been about 2 weeks so I don't know about this guy... He lives up a state from me.
