Differences between 00-03 F20C and JDM F20C?

I figured I'd bring this thread back from the grave instead of starting a new one.
I'm asking this because I recently purchased a JDM F20C swap.
It is true that the JDM F20C has 11.5:1 compression and the USDM F20C1 has 11.0:1 compression?
But no power differences correct?

Billman was talking about having a 9k 2.2...rumor has it you can put the ap1 head on a ap2 short block and it will rev that...im not sure if its true nor if it will work though...
