Default pr3 vs p30 ecu's

ok. both are obd1. one came from sir-2 b16, that would be the p30. the other came from an xsi integra b16, that would be the pr3. do these two ecus have the same specs as far as fuel maps and vtec engagement and rev limit, etc?? or are they different?

VTEC and Rev Limit are the same... The PR3 fuel/ignition maps are more aggressive than the P30 maps and ELD is disabled in the PR3 because 92-93 tegs don't have ELD...

what is ELD? and why is it that when i had my p30 in my car i could rev to 8200, and my friend with a pr3 in his car could rev to 8k, but when we switched ecu's, i was only able to rev to 7500 and he was able to now rev to 8400??
