I ran mine to the "larger" (like .25") fittings on the GSX-R ITB's. These are before the butterflies, (like the Honda/Acura vent). I'm not sure which ITB's you are running, but most DIY ones from bikes have 2 sets of ports, one small set which goes to the MAP sensor, and a larger set that goes to the bike PCV, if I can generalize that much.
My ITB's came with with all of the bike tubing intact, so all I did is took all of them, and ran another 'T' and ran .5" to .25" barb adapter to get the valve cover vent to mate up.
I haven't had any issues with it, and it keeps the oil fumes out of my engine compartment.
If you want pics, I have my camera back so I can snap a couple if you need them.

Hope thse help, it is pretty hard to get a good view of all of it. I also have my PCV line teed into the IACV/Brake booster lines...

Which part do you not know about... the fabbing, or the actual hooking it up.
Personally, I think the fabbing was the harder part, but I have been d1cking with mine almost every day trying to tweak the un-tuned version to get the best starting point (my logic: if a stock ECU can run it pretty good, Hondata ought to be just tuning, not anything major). So far what you saw on the previous pics was what I have come up with, and it actually runs pretty good most all of the time. It starts cold and idles fine, revs up really smooth, and slams when at WOT!!!
The only time it really acts whacked, is when I'm cruising around 4k rpm, and going up a hill or something. It wants to run too rich, and sputter a little. I either have to give it more gas, or let off a tad to get it back in the semi-reasonable stoic region (12'ish).
Would I do it again??? Maybe. They are prolly easier ways to get some power (and Omniman actually recommends 50mm ITB's as the 42 and 45mm are too small in his opinion), especially when you factor in standalone, and tuning, but the satisfaction of actually doing it is pretty powerful, and did I mention the SOUND!!! But, if you don't have a lot of access to welders, lathes, mills, etc. I would prolly spend the money on a Skunk/Blox IM, bevcasue it is a fair amount of work to do right.
