4th gen, making fog lights stay on when high beams are on?

i am trying to get my fog lights to stay on even when my highbeams/brights are on, does anyone know how i could go about doing this? thanks

I don't know how it is in US, but here in europe it is forbidden by law to have fogs on with high beams. That's maybe why they are cut off when you switch...
yes it is illegal to have that setup. however i don't care and my car is set up as such.. check out this wiring diagram that i made to bypass this function of the fog-relay.

the key is to turn on the relay coil with the *parking* lights and *not* the low beams. this way, the relay will be able to give power to the fogs as long as the parking lights are on. i think it looks bad *** with some amber corners and nice sylvania silver stars with a yellow jdm lens... jmo.
