only difference between the 2 is one has silver outter ring and one has black? i must have missed something... good price, im considering buying from you

Yeah, theyre the same gauge. Only difference is that one has a crome body and the other has a black body.

Do they attach to the fuel filter like the B&M or only to AEM rails?

They are the smaller size to bolt on to a fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel filter
