how much should i pay to have this fixed. theyre saying $500 just for labour. ouch

 

maybe if they did the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner too along with it. parts included.
if not, then i would say no thats not a fair price.

 

thats the price you will probably here often if you take it somewhere....get a helms manual and take it slow and you can change it yourself... i did and everything went smoothly, its also a plus that you can post here and have almost instant help
