looks like a hate crime. i think anyone stealing the car or doing insurance fraud would've taken the rims off atleast.

yea I saw that too I was thinking damn someone must really hate that guy. When I saw it it didn't have the poster or graffiti but it was there for pretty long. I saw it when I left and saw it when I came back a few hours later

Does anyone know what kind of wheels those are on the front? What are they from?

It could have been a cigarette or electrical fire... unfortunately, probably not.
