Default Problem with rear engine mount tranny brace!!

I went to check my oil and discover someting quite horrifing. I was attaching something to the anti lock brake thingy and I accidently dropped the bolt, I grabbed a flash light and found the bolt and then discovered that one of the tranny braces is missing a bolt!!! Its the brace that comes off the rear enging mount (4th gen) and connects (I think) to the transmission, it right below the shift linkages. I this causing my 5th gear grind and my notchy shifting feel?? Is there even supposed to be a bolt there? It looks as if there should be a bushing between the brace and where it connexcts to the tranny. Can someone get a digram of this for me?
It looks like its number 10

it was probably left out if a clutch was ever done on the car or something when the trans was out......

either way.....it will not make you grind and i doubt seriously that the notchy feel is coming from this....

it should be there....but your car wont fall apart without it....if i rembember right its a 17mm bolt....any one will work...but i think its kinda short.....

ya if ur going to put a bolt in to replace it make sure it is the right thread pitch so u dont strip it out. the problem with the notchy shifting feeling is probably do to the shift lincage cables. i had a shortshifter in my 4th gen and after a while the cables bound up on me and i had that nochy shifting ****. i just ordered new cables from honda and put them in and the prob. was gone..... try disconecting the cables at both points: on the tran and at the shift *** and try moving them back and forth when both ends are disconected. if they are good they should move easy and if they are f-ed up like mine were they are kinda stiff to move!!!
