what parts do I need to put Si rear discs on my CX?

what parts do I need to put Si rear discs on my CX?
I have almost the whole shopping list already from honda hybrid garage, but they say I NEED the rear trailing arms. First off, they cost $570.00 for both, and some people are saying I DON'T NEED them. So, I want to be real sure before I spend that kind of loot on them.

2)no, they dont cost $570 - buy them used chief
3)no, you done NEED the trailing arms...but its a lot easier w/ them
4)look for complete sets (arms,discs,calipers,lines) on ebay and here in the classifieds
