It will be fine. It shouldn't stick out much if any. It will be flush with the fender. Just make sure you aren't too low and make sure you are running decently stiff rates.

How wide are these wheels? I have a set of 15x7" +38 wheels and they fit without any issues, but +32 is pushing it. It also depends on your tiresize though if you will have to roll fenderlips or not.

Are you sure about that? My +38 15x7 wheels are right on the edge in the rear if I have decent-tread R comps on the car.

Hahahah George I have the same wheels. Kosei K1 15" +38. My car has a bit of negative camber in the rear so the top of the tire does not stick past the quarter panel, it however does hit the inner lip of the fender liner if I go up driveways and what not.
But aesthetically the wheels do not stick out past the quarter panel. Looking from the back. If I had my rear camber kit in that might be different.

I have a set of Modex rims, theyre 16x7 with a +35 offset and they tuck in fine, with no rubbing and my suspension is pretty low at the rear. I'd say you should be ok with 32, try them and see!
