So close yet so far!! Huge Thumbs up to Tony1!
Well..for a while now, I have been trying to get Tony1 to tune my car. Tony was going to have a tuning session here in Oklahoma at Alternative Motorsport's Dynojet, which is 3 hours away from Dallas, Texas where Tony resides. But unfortunately on two occasions, due to financial reasons and unfinished projects, the session has been setback twice
. Sadly, I was the only person on the list who had sent off my deposit to Tony, and the only one ready for tuning.
The purpose of this thread, however, is about Tony's unbelievable customer service!! I know Tony has a very busy schedule, and he understands my position of needing a re-tune. My car idles really, really rough and on occasions my motor shuts off suddenly. Not exactly sure why it does that, which is why I am gonna have Tony take a look at it. But back to the topic at hand, since the tuning session has been setback twice, and I am stuck with a car that doesn't' run perfectly. Tony has offered to send me my refund back + $50 for my trouble. And on top of that, he is offering to do my next tune on the house. Now what the hell is that!!?? I call that **** awesome customer service! Tony1 is an outstanding guy, who will do whatever it takes to keep his customers happy
I have yet to make any plans on how I am gonna get my car tuned by him though. I am not comfortable with driving my car 3 hours to Dallas, because I am not 100% sure of its reliability taking that long of a trip.
Tony, did say that the next tuning session in Oklahoma will be organized by him, and that he will see to it that there "will be" cars ready and lined up for him. So it looks like I will probably have to wait until December for Tony to come up here. Not only is this guy a whiz behind the laptop, he's a standup guy! I can't wait for him to finally make it down and work his magic.

If I were you I would trailor it to him. I wouldn't be able to wait till Dec. I had to haul mine 5 hours round trip 3 times before I got it right. After it is tuned you will forget about the long *** drive. Just think, it gives you an excuse to drive it 3 newly boosted hours home. Good luck
Tony is the man...
If I didn't tune, and I lived in texas...I would have him hook me up, definately.
