Ok, title changed.... As of right now I AM NOT ASKING FOR A GROUP BUY. as the title saids, its a QUESTION. just trying to find out what people want.

Hi, some of you might know me, but I live in Japan now, and I go to a auto mech school. I had a chat with a body work shop today, and they said that they can get parts and ship to the States, if prices match.
So, the question is......
What parts do people over there want? And for what price? Condition? etc.

We can get headlight assembly (HID and non-hid), motors, tranny, ecu, etc etc etc
basically anything (brandnew in the box, and used) It does not have to be Honda, but any company. Aftermarket parts could also be bought (Although I dont know the price range over there....)

Please give me a PROPER price. (A decent price, a price you are actually willing to pay)

I havent been on H-T for oh... an year or so, so tell me if im doing something against the rules etc etc etc...

a lot of things are in deman, but we have good suppliers already. you should browse their websites and compare prices.

 

Not for nothing, but if you want to know if you are doing something against the rules, then just go read them. There were only, oh, 3-4 threads at the top of this forum with rules about it.

You might have more luck starting a thread like, "I'm in Japan and am willing to help out some members of the community by buying a few items while I'm here."

You are clearly looking to make a profit on items by asking people to name their price so you can see how much you can either make or need to raise the price. Why don't you just suck it up, contribute to HT by becoming a authorized vendor, and then you can sell whatever you want, whenever you want.

 

Try and find out if you can get " next " x braces for hondas/acuras.

YES im trying to make a PROFIT. ill make that simple and clear.
Also, I CAN make the prices ALOT lower than what other shops are offering. Ive seen some of the pages, and im woundering if thats actually the price you all pay. Because obviously, its quite pricey, and I CAN ship parts cheaper while im a student and have connections.

I will not become a vendor. I am a student that have some connections as well as some time, and need money to continue racing. So this is what ive decided to do. The shops are willing to help me out, and my margin is quite low, so obviously the prices can be lower than what the other vendors are offering.

Again, I am not a vendor. And that is one reason why I can offer things at a cheaper price. Im not living off it.

So just help me out, and tell me what is in big demand over there please Thanx
(About the rules, I made it clear it was a Question, and a POSSIBLE group buy but oh well.)

 

I know lots of kids that like jdm stuff. Like genuine ctr headlights(around $400), ctr clusters(around $350), center consoles, ctr/itr steering wheels they all sell for a lot. So if you get super deals there better hook me up with a steering wheel! jk
