Timing Marks....
sup guys need a lil help....
first off I've never done timing on any car before....but I'm learning...
K the motor is a DOHC ZC....I'll be setting the crank to TDC and the cams to TDC and doing my timing belt and maybe water pump....well this is where it gets tricky!
I have a UR street crank pulley (spare me on the take it offf, its been on for quite some time with no problems) well the pulley was made for a SOHC vtec....and I need to know where to put my own timing mark on it for the ZC..
is there any correlation between the markings for the cranks TDC setting that are cast into the block and the crank to the markings on the pulley?? how can I mark my pulley in other words....and I don't mean with what cuz I know white out works best.......can someone let me know plz, I need to set my timing to 16 degree's...
TIA Jose
