will a 99 civic si bumper bolt on to a 1997 civic hatch?
if you're talkin about removing your 1997 stock civic front bumper, and replacing it with the 99si bumper, it wont work.
the 1996-1998(inclusive) years have a different front end than the 1999-2000 front ends.

you're all douche bags (except jdmsirlaskjdflakjsdf).. you have to change the fenders, hood, headlights and grill in order the for the bumper to fit. radiator support isn't 100% necessary,
