yup its possibly for sale...dont know why i'm doing this
i love this thing, but i'm considering letting it go. not at all desperate to sell, so we'll see how this goes. as you can see in the pics, its perfect...except for a chip on the rear-housing, described in the #6 pic. this will not affect performance and wont be even seen once installed, but if you dont like it, move on. i dont care. most people use their stock oem housing anyway and swap the spoon gauges in....easy as cake.
14 bench-tested miles from spoon, so keep the lame "why are there miles if its new?" crap.
please do not IM me if you are not at all serious. its hard enough to post it for sale, so i dont need my time wasted. i have a perfect selling/buying record here and on ebay.
$850, shipping/insurance included.
EDIT
***********okay....we'll make this sale a little more interesting. after thinking about it and talking with some buddies, i will allow for the possibility of an *even or partial* trade for the cluster.****************
as of right now, i do own a dc2R. items i've been considering include:
-Mint/brand-new Mugen valve cover
-JDM ITR 16 inch wheels(color does not matter, paint could even be chipping, but i CANNOT stand curbs, dings, cracks or dents)
-NEW/or slightly used mint Spoon calipers(i'll throw cash on top for new)
-Pair of new/mint Takata Long Harnesses
the cash on top for partial trades will depend on the item and its condition. i figured why not see what happens.
for any specific inquiries and questions, please IM me. however, just wanted to remind buyers that i am not "desperate" to unload my cluster. this is all just speculation until a serious buyer wants to advance it to a new level. thanks

#6 pic with described chip in the housing

Wow! That's really pretty. Wish I had that kinda cash. Could it be said that the Spoon cluster is more accurate than the OEM one? Or is it just bling?

dennis is correct, the spoon is a little more accurate than the oem one(which does not mean the oem one is "wrong"-)...cluster is even sweeter in person than in pics.
Just beautiful !!! I have the EK one in my Si, and if I had a Teg as well I would be all over this.
Great price too with shipping included

i'm getting some inquiries...i'd prefer a money order on this, unless you have someone on HT who is really trustworthy with a good rep to vouch for you, then i'd consider paypal maybe...
i'll let this run til the end of the month, if no sale, its gonna be taken off the market for a while again...unless i use it. dont really want to sell it, and an item like this does not deserve to get bumped 3 pages
its a novelty item, rare and unique. you either like it and afford it, or not. there's a ton of jdm ones on ebay every week, hardly ever a spoon.
