I think it would help you if you were a little more detailed with your question.

let me help you.

What year is your Integra (please excuse me if the SE was only offered 1 year)

What are your goals for the car? (Road race, drag, daily driver, street racer)

these can all be swapped into your car easily:
b16a
b18a1
b18b1
b18c1
b18c5
b18b1 + vtec head (ls/vtec)
b20
b20 + vtec head (b20/vtec)

with work, these can be swapped into your car:
h22a1
h23a

well, i dont recomend street racing period but i know what you mean. Unless there is something wrong with your engine....damaged, or a failing motor due to major mechanical problems i would leave it alone. An engine swap is a major undertaking and not a cheap at all. If you want to drop some coin i would suggest a turbo kit by Drag III or if you are looking stay cheap maybe consider nitrous for short street runs. but figure out what you really want first.

have you ever heard of the AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE INDUSTRY, if you put a different motor in you will probably spend a lot more money doing that than just buying perormance products, buy a turbo kit and you'll be faster than if you just swap the motor, probably a little bit more money, but if you want to be fast you got to pay for it, performance products..........buy as turbo kit and you'll be happy.......

you have the perfect setup for turbo. if it costs a similar amount for the engine swap it would be silly not to go turbo. if you do want to swap though and stay na your also looking at a new tranny to do it right and new ecu. the rest should be interchangeable.
