They say drivetrain losses are around 20%? So, I am guessing 195hp * .8 = 156hp. I guess your car is just normal?

Some info for ya:

interesting. Mine pulled 161. I've seen as high as 164 for baseline pulls. How many miles on the engine?

Dynos never read the same, even w/correction. Case in point, my GSR w/an intake actually put down more...but I don't believe it was more at all. Every dyno is different...check your compression, and if it's solid as well, you should be happy

The most important thing is the a/f ratio...and it looks good.

Looks like you have a normal ITR, good thing!

as for % loss... I did the math on my chart and if the motor actually puts out 195 at the crank its a 16% loss.

I guess with 150K my R is getting old. After reading about brian F's car dynoing at 170whp ...stock, I was disappointed with my palty 154whp.

after reading the articles it sounds like the dyno gives more of a rough estimate of your car's whp due to various factors. i guess its more for tunning the a/f and such. the caR looks healthy

edit: my gsr put down similar #'s w/ bolt ons
