Default FS .... 1998 Integra Type R - !!!!! SOLD !!!!!

!!!!! SOLD !!!!![!!!!! SOLD !!!!![!!!!! SOLD !!!!![

I'm getting old .....turned 31 in Oct. I need a practical car to carry my two children.

My financial situation has changed since posting this ..... CAN"T DO TRADES so no trades. Sorry

I thought I'd never sell her but ....

Here are the details:

1998 Intergra TypeR #248
68,000 miles on the chassis
33,000 easy miles on the motor
19,000 miles on the shocks.
Everything is stock except for:
CM 8.5lbs flywheel (5k miles)
ACT HD pressureplate and SS disc. (5k miles)
UR SS pulley set (alternator, P/S, and crank pulley)
JDM rear upper control arm
ES motor mount inserts & shift stablilizer kit
PIAA 1100X fog lights ...professionally done very clean!
K40 integrated radar detector ... sensor in front grill ...hidden
K40 integrated laser jammer ... sensor in the front grill ...hidden
Hella Triple Air horn set (hidden) w/ switch. This is used to switch back to stock horn for inspection days.
Clear front corners as well as original amber

Very Very clean ...... garage kept .... no winters ... has seen a handful of rainy days. I'm the original owner since April 1998.

Original window sticker comes with the car as well as Acura Typer R Bra and mint original TypeR floor mats.

The story behind the motor.
Back in late 1999. I was using an AEM CAI. I drove through a puddle and hydrolocked my motor. The motor was 100% replaced (crate motor) and installed by Acura of Sommerville in NJ. I have paperwork supporting these facts.
Very low miles on the new motor. From Jan 2000 to present only 33,000 miles.
Oil changed every 3000 miles or less. Motor is very strong ... never abused.

Story behind the shocks:
I replaced my stock shocks at 57,000 miles with a set of Tein HA's. My wife accidentally threw my stock shocks away and I purchased a set of used stock shocks which had 19,000 miles on them. I will be putting the stock shocks back on before selling the vehicle.

List of extra items if interested (These are Items that are NOT installed on the car presently):
JDM 4-1 header with heat shield - Purchased used but never installed
Modified Comptech 4-2-1 header with modified Comptech Exhaust. All bottle necks removed, 2.5" cat and Magna Flow muffler.
Apexi V-AFC soldered harness for quick disconnects
Comptech ICEbox with Comptech foam filter
JDM red stitched shift boot
2000 Acura TypeR shift ****
Tein HA 16 way adjustable shocks
Extra Oil Pan
3 Used USDM Type R pistons (from old motor)
Acura Typer R Bra

Thats pretty much it ..... bone stock except for clutch and flywheel.

-Nick

The original b16 was turbocharged. The swap was formed when i blew a whole in my waste-gate line and started frying internals. So the b16 was sold and the B18C-R found its way into the Si. As for the guages still being there...i just never took them out in thoughts that i might boost the R

Edit: ....could you please send me pics anyways to jd5178@ship.edu . I do have a perspective buyer for my caR and should the deal go through i am quite interested

YQS717 - Could you send me more info and pics on the 328i? Send to typer248@yahoo.com

Young L - I would consider a nice mustang. Maybe the 05 stang GT or even better, a GT40 Let meknow what you have. Any new explorers? The wifey would like that.

SPOON_BeIgHtEeNsEe - I'll have to pass on the ek. Thanks though!

Doostur - I'm from NJ. Not to worry ..... I'm one of the good ones I live pretty far west closer to PA. People out here don't know what a TypeR is yet!
