Default Vib with no cause

Now here will be a bit long winded as I post all the specs, but the issue is this:

Low speeds a small shimmy, then at about 45 mph and up the shimmy goes to a shake, then at 70 mph or more it just gets stupid.

These are the parts changed already:

Wheel bearings
Axles L and R
tie rods
ball joints
upgraded the whole front end to an Energy suspension kit

Had these checked:
Alignment
wheel balance
frame
all the mounts that did not get changed

even after all this it still does it, Not as bad but still does it. Same MPH markers.
I would have to say that I am totally lost on this one.

I am thinking rotors and brake pads...if you have done everything you have said I think thats the only thing left .

It could also be a bend wheel or a wheel lug that isn't on all the way...typically that would be a constant and not a certain mph shimmy .

Rotors were checked for warp and the studs for damage. Break pads are the fine. Nothing there to show any ware or damage. It all checks out fine. Sorry forgot to post that.

So if you jack up the front of the car and spin the wheels, you don't feel any grab, wobble, etc, right? Does the car pull at all?

Wheels spin freely no grabbing.

Took it for a spin just to make sure on the pulling and it has a minor pull to the left. But when I had the allignment checked they said it was fine. I just finished swap the front tires for the rear ones and still same issue. No change with the tire swap.

Alright, I have done just about all the testing I can to try to find the issue. Let see if I can get some feedback on this.

1991 Honda Accord EX F22A4 5 Spd manual

New belts
New Axles
Energy Suspension upgrade
New Tie Rods

all the ball joints look fine
Wheel bearings seem to have no play
Alignment was checked and said to be within limits
Tires were fine but swapped them with the rears just incase
Breaks are fine
Rotors Miced with in limits no groves and smoth
Not bent assembly parts that I could find when I changed the bushings
Sway bar is stiff and looks as if it was just put on, no visable rust all coating seems factory

Motor:
RPM 750
idels fine
good pickup not sluggish
Timing seems to be alittle advansed (could be why I get 350 per 15 gal)

So there seems not to be much of anything that I can find that might be causing the vibrations.
Any suggestions would be nice.

Well I found the problem.

The coil springs are so stiff that you don't get to feel and/or see the strut very good. Well while I was taking apart my front suspension to find the cause, I found that my RIGHT coil over was bad w/ a warped spring even.
So this is the vib issue as I replaced it and now no vib. But have to go back for the alignment cause it still pulls to the left. So that solves that.
