TESTING WATERS: FS: 1993 Mustang LX READY FOR DRAG!
PICS ARE UP!! Look at bottom...
Heres what I got:
1993 Ford Mustang LX
149,xxx on the motor, tranny (AOD) and body
V8 302 that still pulls HARD
BBK longtube headers
BBK offroad H-pipe
Flowmaster catback exhaust
AUTHENTIC Cobra intake manifold (extrude honed)
BBK 70mm throttle body
C&C 76mm mass air sensor
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Walboro 255 fuel pump
39 lbs. injectors
Full MSD ignition setup
Ford racing 4.10 gears
Moser 31 spline axles
Auburn locker
GT-40 heads
Timing is advanced to 15 degrees
rear end is gutted out for a rollcage
BODY IS FLAWLESS!! No rust anywhere on the body and paint still shines
Its only got 4 things wrong with it (That I have found)
-drips fuel while idleing (fitting was put on too tight by previous owner when installing fuel pump; Never got around to fixing it)
-coolent disapearing (Head gasket is not blown, no white smoke, no oil in coolent...coolent not dripping either, its just...dissapearing)
-OD doesn't work (It slips; I was never too worried about it since I was going to drag the car anyway...you could still get 130mph out of 3rd gear)
-cracked windshield
I have a friend who has the same setup as I do, minus the ignition and fuel upgrades, with the AOD tranny and runs 13.0 on slicks....
I also have an NX fogger kit made for gt-40 heads that the previous owner gave me...I never installed it...
Make me some offers!!! I thought I would have the time and money to keep going with this project but I was wrong...E-MAIL ME FOR PICS!!!!
