Hp limits of stock fuel lines.
I know this is the drag forum but what do you guys think are the limits of the stock fuel lines on a honda. What have people made on stock lines with just the usual intank, injecotrs rail, regulator setups. Just trying to hear different opinions or views post whatever u think or have seen. Thanks

Same here...Jason too.
Same here...Jason too.
People have made over 600whp with stock lines with a DSM.
First stage of upgrades in a DSM is a AFPR.
Second stage is eliminating the stock restrictive filter and feed line from filter to rail.
Several people have made over 600wheel with all the stock **** + AFPR, a few more people have made over 600wheel with the filter upgrade.

You can add Trenton Johns SI to that list as well, over 600hp, stock lines and walbro
Thats the setup i have in my car now as well, and im sure mine will do the same..

At what HP level should you ditch the factory fuel filter and go with something that flows better. I heard using the factory filter in high hp setups can cause some hesitiation and problems. Is this true?
Our last years set up was stock filter, stock lines, walbro pump , stock fuel rail, 720cc injectors at 510whp. This year things are different.

I made 616whp/375 ft-lb torque, best torque previously was 389ft-lb on stock lines and a Big Bosch pump, AEM FPR that gave up on me. The Bosch pump finally gave up on me too after four years of abuse. It has been all changed out to braided lines and sump now BUT the stock lines worked previoulsy no probs! Also stock TB with those dyno #s.

HAHA! LOL! hat pump is the one I said was dyning, I put two other pumps on and right away the car ran better! Needs retuning though still, -10 feed lines, stock feed as a return basically -6 return.
Aeromotive Eliminator pump and Aeromotive regulator now

A little off topic, but not by much.
Is 600 possible on a walbro 255hp by using -6 feed from the pump to the rail? Thats my setup and Im kinda thinking that the walbro cant keep up with the extra volume of the slightly larger -6 over the stock lines. Anyone know for sure?
