Default Side MArker Install Wiring help?

Ok i know this is a common topic, but i searched and i needed a bit more clarification.

So i have a 93 honda prelude, just recently mounted jdm sidemarkers, need help with wiring. So I want the side markers connected in the following way:
-on when parking light are on
-flashing when front turn signal is flashing

The following drawing shows, how I think i might be able to get it to work. The black line in the center doesnt represent anything but the devision between the left side and right side of car. Also the color of the wires draws do not represent OEM wire colors. FYI, both the left and right wire looms run the underside of the fenders, so i just plan to open up the wire looms look for the prospective wires and "tap in". Also, the bulbs and harness connectors used are single filament so the connector, and socket are 2 pin and thats it.

Ok...so some may say, use a double filament and a 3 pin wire, connector and socket, but thats not an option.

So my questions are:
Will the following setup in the picture shown work for the way i want them to work?
If not, How should i do it?
