I can really recommend " Electronic fuel injection by ben strader" i really liked reading gas law pv=nrt and how the ecm would calculate in a map or mafs style setup.

Amazon.com has tonnes of good reads they have these books and many other

The AEM EFI Basics that is included with the AEM EMS software is [freak]ing excellent. Just reading that alone puts you above 85% of the people on this forum (outside of this ECU forum of course). There is stuff in there that isn't in any of the books mentioned and it's short and concise to boot.

You can download it off their electronics forum. If you're desperate for free literature you should also read the instructions for the actual EMS. While it may seem to be specific to their brand EMS, all of the controls are relevant to all real engine management tuning software. You can bet your *** that the factory calibration includes all those various tables and settings in a very similar form.

ben straders book is pretty good, even though i only got through half of it.

its a real good book for anyone that has no experience in efi tuning....good place to start
