Excessive Flaming in the Integra Forum
The moderators in the Integra forum have noticed recently that the amount if flaming has been increasing. Much of this is unwarranted. It is possible to assist others without having a downright rude disposition. Written barbs add nothing to the conversation.
Let this thread serve as a warning that we will be cracking down on this flaming. (Trust me, we want to do this as little as possible.) We are not doing this because we enjoy doling dicipline. The bottom line is that we want the forum to be more productive and welcoming to those who may not know as much. People should not be afraid to ask questions.
As always we will adhere to the forum rules:
***IF YOUR POST IS NOT TECH RELATED IT DOES NOT BELONG HERE - WE WILL DEDUCT POINTS ***MUST READ***

Indeed, there has been far too much flaming, bashing, and overall abusiveness going on. It would benefit this forum greatly if people could figure out how to post in a more friendly and helpful manner, without the negativity that has become so pervasive. Unfortunately, some members seem to need extra "help" with this, and the staff will be working on that to the best of our ability. We really appreciate your assistance in effecting some positive change in the forum.
It seems that many users do not know how to report something to a moderator. You just need to click the

Yes, this is far more helpful to us than simply posting a complaint or a flame within a thread. Reporting offending posts or threads is a very important part of keeping the forum running well. Thanks for the help.
