Custom downpipe ideas needed for very sharp 3" 90 degree bend

so far what i've found from pictures for a sharp 3" 90 degree elbow bend, 4 pie cuts can make the 90 degree bend,

but anybody have tips or other insights for a custom downpipe design for a very sharp 3" 90 degree elbow bend?

i set my bandsaw to 4 deg and make pie cuts. The smaller you make the pieces, the tighter the bends.

the best way. Most of everything I have seen with pie cuts have cracked at one time or another.

Plus all the weld inside just limits the flow, not to mention the unconventional the bend.

Here is a cool way to make a precise bend with pie cuts using a nice simple formula I developed.

I used one of these, it is bent on a 3 inch CLR, it is a lot cheaper than buying a donut.
