Default TPS Sensor, How the hell Do I fix this?!!

How the hell do i fix this cel? Already switched tps with my one old my old motor. Tested the volts and tried to adjust it but it wouldn't change from .33-.34 volts no matter where I move it.

Car drives fine, idles fine except on start up and after reving it. The rpm's dip down pretty low but goes back up and idles fine again when driving, doesn't die though. And on start up, I have to rev it a couple times then it'll idle normal or else it won't start. Is that from the TPS sensor or something else?

Check for vacuum leaks.

No leaks, but that causes the cel to go off?

Not usually, doubt that's the problem.

Sounds like a short, might wanna try a diff ECU just to see if you're getting the right voltage, if not, it's shorting out someplace (or not grounded properly).

Where's the ground for it? I think the only closes one is the thermostat ground.

Iono, wherever the negative wire on the harness plug goes .

Try a diff ECU and see if it pulls the same bullshit. If not you're probably looking at a short in the wire though I'd check all the ECU ground locations first (I don't know where nor how many there are).
