2001 ITR in the 13's !!
Here are two of my best runs in my 01 ITR back in 2002.
I ran low 14's all day long at 98 mph (BONE STOCK)
My car was dynoed at 171.4 whp with 119.4 wtq (stock). The only mods were a removed air intake resonator (the white box in the fenderwell) and some timming advance (18 degrees BTDC).
Those runs were done at 170 ft above sea level in a 25 degrees day with no wind.
I had no spare tire & jack or rear top panel. The gas tank was almost empty. Other than that the car had NO weight reduction and I (the driver) weigh 200+ lbs.
MODS: air box resonator off, P/S belt off, timming advance to 18 degrees BTDC, 92 octane gasoline.
Tires: worn Toyo RA1 in 205/50-15 with 15 psi inside. (front tires)
Enjoy !
Ps: I know that the ITR is no DRAG car in stock trim but it's no slouch either.

If it has mods - and this car does - it's not "bone stock". Maybe the drivetrain is bone stock, but not the car.
BTW, 92 octane is not a mod. But the R compound tires are.

Are you mad! Integra Type R's are the number 1 preference drag race cars in my country. During every drag meet, there are at least 15 JDM ITR's that participate.
People here prefer to see the 14 & 13 secound class cars tug at it than one run from a 9 sec. car.

GOD ---- Read his sig to save your health
Not a bad time at all --- did your friend drive it cause your sig says you sold it?
Post the slip of at least the break down 60ft, 330 etc..so we can see it
Oh and drop the B pipe and run open header I guarantee you drop a few more tenths
Make sure its not a "street" decibel night though lol
I ran 13.6@101 in my 99 EK with a 00 ITR motor years ago (drag radials 2.08 60') -- pretty close in weight but I ran open header and laid down 159whp or so on a B16 ECU (I later changed it for a CTR ecu and tuned it to 175whp w/vafc) Car was sold in 04'
Miss her almost everyday

Bone stock I ran 14.27 twice and 14.33 once !
The 13's runs were done with the few mods listed. I know that 92 octane gas is not a mod and the only reason I listed that was so people would know I had NO special racing gasoline.
As for the R compound, I agree and that's why I never said bone stock to the 13's runs.

Thanks, Like I said in the first post, It was back in 2002 ans I was the driver. I sold the car back in fall of that same year (to an HT member) and I just found those videos a few monts ago.
For the break down of the runs, I Have the slips but they are kinda faded and we can't see much so here it is.
60FT : 2.17
1/8 : 8.99
1/4 : 13.97 @ 99.2 mph
And run #2
60FT : 2.19
1/8 : 8.99
1/4 : 13.98 @ 98.7 mph

I launched at 7000 rpm (drop clutch) The tires spun but the car never died and was moving foward. After 4-5 runs I noticed that on that particular day with the trac condition 7000 rpm was the best bet. I (quick) shift all gears using the clutch and letting go of the gas for the engagement (no power-shifts). On my particular tach my cutoff was at 8900 rpm (in reality on dyno it was 8600) so my tach was off by a few hundred rpms. I shifted into second gear at 8900 (right before hitting the cut-off), third gear & fourth gear at 8600. A little lower rpm than the second gear shift. I found that combination to work best for me. Hope this helps, I'm NO professionnal driver and I don't have all the answers. I't just work for me to obtain the best time and performance out of my ITR.

the powerplant has no aftermarket parts, how is that not stock?

Well not exactly !
I sold the ITR for a Mazda P5 (I met a nice girl with 2 kids and the ITR was no more of good use). The I got bored of the lack of POWER and I got a SRT4 with a few mods. Then...
I bought a Sport bike and I would not be driving the car when we had great weather since I would be on my bike. Then I bought a Cavalier
to get the grocery and stuff. It's a great winter car also !
