Yes, because the EP3R wheel uses a single stage deployment like the EK, and will bolt on too.

Only the EP3R airbag will work, not the EP3 (USDM Si/CDM SiR)

my question is if they will be a direct bolt on or if they require modification? Also which one will be cheaper?

Direct bolt on.

Cheapest of the new-gen wheels would be the RSX wheels. I got my black leather RSX-S wheel for $140. Didn't care about the airbag, because I have a blockoff tray on the other side, and didn't want one anyways.

Yes, EP3R wheels are direct bolt-ons, but they are costly. At least $300.

Eran. inlinefour.com sells or attempts to sell new DC2ITR ones for $1500. I found an AP1 one on ebay for 200, but the DC5 one is nicer IMO. Since the airbag was designed to deploy in a diferent vehicle, whould that cause problems in a crash?

Yes, that would cause a problem in a crash ... namely that the airbag wouldn't deploy.

And $1500? What retard would pay that?

They do. The RSX airbag doesn't work.

How many times do we have to say it?

Too bad it won't work on your steering column. None of the wheels listed in this thread will.

the EP3 steering wheel is a direct bolt on for the EK Civic. It took about 10 minutes to install at my honda dealership. And even if it is expensive, its worth the money
