Though it's not legal to drive at night. Four wheel vehicles above a certain weight (and that level is certainly below a civic's weight) need 2 functional headlights. That's the law in NY, I'm sure it's 3x as strict over there in CA.

That pic was taken from a post at an auto cross race. So that explains that. I was looking for this to use at the track as well. I know Ice Man made a set like this for 92-95 Civics. Someone mentioned A-Spec racing but I haven't found it yet.

That's pretty crazy and I'm sure it helps something, but as far as a cosmetic standpoint goes, I don't really like it, makes the car look unbalanced. But hey all goes for performance

try contacting member SDSRACE...he bought out his partner for iceman intakes. i know he makes 92-95 but i dont know about 96 up he probably does.
