All of our carbon fiber diffusers are fabricated using VIP, (vacuum infusion process) and include a UV resistant finish. Our diffusers are water jet cut and then each part is carefully hand worked to eliminate water jet "edging". Then we carefully inspect, wash, and package your product.

How long does something like this take to make? I want the two piece design of course.

 

We stock all the carbon units but since you need custom carbon/Kevlar a week will be enough to get it built and cut. Should look pretty cool!
