Default Super fast power windows!!

As you all know, 5th gen power windows are slow has hell. Mine get stuck most of the time and need a little push to get them to go up. Well my friend had that problem on his eg hatch. But he used some silicone lubricant and sprayed it and now its closes super fast. Does anyone know anything about this and where to spray? Just wondering if anyone else has done this.

yeah i did this on my old accord, i think you can buy at any kragen or autozone. spray down the window tracks on the front and back down the grooves.

what i did was spray windex then hot water. Surpisingly the windows went down a lot faster and smoother.

what i did was sprayed some windex down the tracks, roll the windows up and down a few times then sprayed hot water to get rid of the windex.

Yeah, some silicone spray in the window track will help. Reapply now and then to keep them moving as fast as they can.
They are still slow tho, silicone or no silicone!
