With drag radials and a good launch and those mods, you could hit an 8.2 easily. Maybe even 8 flat.

Your 60' currently is really high and every 10th of a second on a 60' makes a huge difference on the 1/8.

Very nice swap, you're pretty hot AND you have a badass car.

Make sure you take off the passenger headlight and run 1/2 cold air so you get a direct air funnel

just to compare i have run an 8.5 at 81 mph on slicks with a 1.7 60 foot.
I am predicting more like an 8.8-9.0 at best for the next track visit, and maybe a little more time knocked in the future with more practice.

nope. in fact i even run a tranny with worse gearing...but my car also has less weight and probably better tuning at that time.
the guys 60 foot just plain old sucks, i have pulled 2.0s on street tires. I suspect that he won't see great gains until he runs slicks as well, especially because of the shorter final gear in the B series tranny....jsut cause he will spin the tires that much harder.

Those are good times, your RT is almost half a second though, are you nervous before the green or are you not used to pro lights yet?

8.8 is really good though, that's what you predicted you'd run.

Your around the same time as me i ran a 13.5.Your 8.7 1/8 is around a 13.5-6.Whats your 60ft's look like.Well i think a good IM is a stock manifold port and polish and machined.Theres a company called blacktrax that does very good work on H22 manifolds.http://blacktrax.net/btp_H22_IM.html

Your MPH seems a little slow.... with a stock H tranny I was trapping 80-83 mph on a bone stock motor. I figured with the shorter gears youd trap a higher MPH. What are you reving to? whats your weight with driver?

I was told from somebody that a stock h22 with the h2b kit would run a mid 12 in the quarter mile. Some one lied to me apparently?

And whats an 8.8 compared to the 1/4 mile? Whats the rough times?

Much better time. lol. I like what I see now.

I'm thinking about lowering my rev limiter.. It was at 9k for my modded gsr, but now I'm running an h22, so I lowered it to 8k. I might lower it to 7700-7800 now. Hmm.. what to do? And vtec is now changed to 5200 as of yesterday, but I have yet to drive it yet.
