I'd reccomend Koni (SPSS3 valved if it within your budget) dampers with ground control and 400F and 400R rates with a good sized rear sway bar, the A-Spec racing kit with the ITR 22mm bar is great. This combo will be fairly tolerable for street and will give you great performance on the track.

Ground Control is the brand, call them up and see what kit they have for your car.

I have had success with Tein RS coil-overs with custom spring rates, and shock valving. However, I will be switching to Koni/GC very soon. I would have voted for the Koni/GC setup, but I don't have any experience with them yet. Instead I added the Tein RS with custom spring rates and valving to the poll because I have had thousands of miles on that setup without an issue. I ran 10k front springs, and 12k rears. I had Tein re-valve my shocks to handle 16k front, and 18k rear springs because, for some reason, they under-dampen their shocks, and I did not want this to be the case with my setup.
