Default Wiring harness from automatic to manual

Noob here and need everyone's help! I'm doing an lsvtec motor swap into my 95 eg coupe. Its currently automatic and will be converted to manual. I was wondering, will I need to get a new written harness or are the automatic and manual harnesses interchangeable? thanks!

This is the wrong section to ask that question. But you don't need to change the dash harness. I know that but I used a manual engine harness. All you have to do in my case was, cut the two wires in the center of the car for the park neutral switch.

As mentioned you can modify the harness to work, main things are the back up light and neutral safety switch, on the auto harness they are in the Automatic Gear Position Switch next to the auto gear shifter.

You can just jump the starter lead or install a relay, [starter relay] and install the Clutch Interlock Switch.

For the back up lights you will have to extend the leads, [power and back up light leads] from the AGPS to the back up light switch on the manual transmission.

Not that hard to do, 94
