Default H22 cnc'd plenum spacer and custom intakes

been working on alot of different H series intake designs and parts lately. here is some of my latest work:

the intake below is for a mild boosted setup which will make around 650whp. it would also work great on any N/A setup up to 95mm stroke. shorter runners and increased plenum size w/ no restriction is what makes it work so well.

75mm tb bore

^^ cnc billet spacer can be done in any thickness!!

this next setup is a race manifold for an N/A 90x95mm setup which will make over 300whp

^^90mm tb bore

these next two manifolds are from my own personal race car. the smaller one (shown on right) helped me to make 340whp before selling it and making the larger one (shown on left) completely from scratch which i was running at the end of last season on my 90x100mm setup which made 350whp and ran 10.43 @ 131mph raising the h series allmotor street record even higher

^^more custom cnc plenum flanges the larger manifold has a 105mm tb on it and the smaller manifold has a 90mm tb on it, both w/ custom cnc tb flanges.

im also working on another race manifold w/ custom upper plenum which will keep the tb under the hood in the stock location. this manifold will be tested on a stock bottom end h22 w/ pro2 cams and a few different custom headers. i will post some pics of it when i get around to making it.

just thought id share w/ all you prelude guys, and i believe Dave (crazes) will be testing a manifold in his prelude on his 95mm setup as well pretty soon as well.

This is what we need to look at guys for sure. These mainfolds I have seen close up and they both produce great power for our motors. I will for sure being testing the mainfold under the hood that Randy is talking about for our cars and will definetly have some info when I get my mainfold and get it to dyno and the track.

Good Job Randy always giving help to your fellow H engine guys

Thanks everyone.

the factory runner length is to long for anyone seeking performance from their H22. my design takes a few inches out of the runner by eliminating the grid inside the plenum. this not only shortens the runner but also increases plenum volume and at the same time eliminates all the restriction caused by the grid. i can vary the runner length anywhere between stock and as short as in the pic above while still increasing volume and eliminating restriction. it all depends on the customers application. every setup is different but from what i have personaly seen in dyno testing im sure everyone here will be happy w/ the performace gains. im very confident to say it will outperform the euro r, skunk2 and rbc manifolds hands down.

Dave (crazes) will be testing one soon back to back against his euro r on his 95 stroke motor and J West will be testing a couple of my designs against his skunk2 on his stock bottom end H22 w/ pro 2 cams. im sure both will post the results.

i have done alot of testing in the past w/ the euro r and skunk2 manifolds and i know where they fall short and why depending on each application. when i build a manifold for a customer i build it for their specific application.

Thanks everyone, im glad you like them. i have been working hard on these manifolds over the past year and have found they perform far better than other manifolds such as euro r, rbc and skunk2. i do a ton of dyno and track testing throughout each season and was really excited w/ what i found this year when i started making these custom manifolds.

Yo that **** is sick.

I am currently in the middle of the build. Not motivating me to do the build.
Being told I can't just makes me try that much harder.

I don't see what's so funny or impossible about it. I guess I'll find out myself.

not on a dynojet w/ an H trans. but it would be cool to see you prove me wrong.

if you had a b trans on it you would be much closer...
