    zccivicex; not to burst your bubble but your old motor was vtec too. Look on the backside of the valve cover. Yes 92-95 ex/si or 96-00 ex trans will be the best trans.

    Yeah I thought it should have been since it was an Si. Why would the valve cover not say it though. What am I looking for on the back side of the valve cover to see if it was a VTEC?
