Default No Power Going To Fuse Box

I need some help with my 1999 civic ej8 not getting any power throughout fuse box under the dash, but the one under the hood is. The car started up fine this morning when i went to school but after school i was leaving and i turned the ignition, i heard a click and it didnt start. All the power had shut off after that happened like the lights, radio, alarm, etc.. i checked to see if the fuse was blown and only one of them was but i changed it and still didnt get anything. i jumped it but i knew that wasnt gonna do anything because even if my battery was dead, i'd still be able to get some kind of power inside the car if i switched on a light or something. The battery is not old or anything so i know its not that. I even tested the wires going to the battery using a test light and they were all working. Im not sure what really is the problem. Im guessing it might be a shortage somewhere in there? Or some people is telling me that it could be the alternator but i doubt it cuz i got it checked recently and it was fine. At first i thought it was the ignition but until i tested the fuse box under the dash, i found out theres no power going there. Let me kno on how ill be able to fix this.

Do the hazard lights, horn, or headlights work?

Clean and tighten the battery ground wire that attaches to the chassis.

Do the same for the battery connectors and posts.

Have the battery recharged or replaced.

Probably by taking it to a mechanic to have them check your fuse for you
