My cel has been coming on for knock sensor i replaced the sensor and after 10 miles the light came back on again. What should i check next should i strip off the factroy wire protector and look for any breaks in the wire? What step should i take next?

You're on the right track. The usual thing to do would be to check for proper sensor excitation and return path back to the ECU. If you have a DVM, you can do the checks without stripping off the wiring protective cover. If you don't have one, get one. They're cheap and, like any tool, worth more than what they cost. You'll need a wiring diagram so you know the pinouts and connectors between the ECU and the sensor.

The code that the computer puts out for any sensor is really just a clue as to what the problem might be. There are troubleshooting steps to follow that will further isolate the problem. For example, you might get a code that says "sensor X open". The open circuit could be in the sensor or the wiring.

It will normally only throw a code if the wiring is open. Test for continuity from the connector back to the ecu connector. If it is open, you need to pick up some shielded wire(it's imperative to use shielded wire) and run a wire straight from the knock sensor connector to the ecu.

Po 325 knock sensor 1 ckt malfunction bnk1 or single sensor this is what I'm getting when i check the cel

It's going to depend on what kind of engine you have as to how many knock sensors you have.
