Is there any relation you can think of on why does the temperature and A/C on combination affects voltage and causes the RPM to rise and the clutch to disengage?

During this high ambient temp conditions, don't you think a bit of overcharge will cause the high pressure line to be to full and creates a back-pressure that the compressor/ECU tries to fight by increasing idle speed? Again, the small compressor didn't help in handling this high pressure condition
