Date code appears to. b 1999 cars a 99 The actual cluster housing itself maybe from a different vehicle, but I changed the circuit board on the back so I don’t know if that matters or not I also tried to change the wire harness that goes to the cluster into the fuse box below, but that wasn’t possibility
