Here are some of the supplies for the job: new air filter, TB gasket, plenum gasket and antifreeze. It's important to replace gaskets when removing the throttle body and plenum.

There were many hoses, brackets and connectors attached to the plenum that needed to be removed. Here, I think I was removing a ground cable from a bolt.

This electrical connector was very difficult to remove. I ended up wrapping a lot of electrical tape around pliers to get this one out.

Alas, the mouse fell into the manifold. Freezing temperatures made it easy to remove.

The feed is in red, return in blue and vent in green. For anyone changing just brake lines, the brackets and cage holding them underneath the chassis are shown in the fuel line parts diagram, not the brake line diagram.

Technically, all I should have to do is loosen this bolt and slide the fuel tank strap off the bracket, but there's no clearance to get a socket on the bolt. If I saw through the strap, there's no clearance to remove the bracket, either. Is there a special tool that can help?

There's definitely clearance to put a socket on this bolt, but the bolt seems to just spin and seems like the bracket is going to break right off. There is an excess of bolt length of about 1 inch on the other side of the bracket (not visible in this image).

Part #4 are the brackets the fuel tank straps attach to. The bolts that attach the brackets are not easily accessible, if at all. There is less than 1/2" clearance underneath those bolt heads. #23 is, I think, the fuel line that attaches to the frame...but I'm not 100% certain.

You can't see it, but there are washers and rubber washers on the other side of the pulley, too.

The bar is actually about 3 feet long, which I picked up from home depot, along with washers and rubber washers. The nuts and bolts came off some old piece of furniture. I eye-balled the spacing, with centers narrower than the distance between centers of the pulley holes.
