Bought another car, but going to sell this 1988 crx si. Fun car, but want one that more complete. Missing interior and has some shot shocks haha. Once i sell it I am going to look for a 1991crx si for a daily and have my del sol as a garage queen. =)

All installed. Will need some weatherstripping adhesive for some areas. Also meed to find the conditioner for the weatherstripping since this one needs it bad.

Than I started on the right side, and I must say I greatly improved compared to the left side. Now both sides are sealed so water wont leak into the trunk, but the main clip which is called clip D is the problem to the leak. Will update tomorrow when I start on applying the culk on both clip D's.

So left trim I started applying 3m strip-Calk and I didnt do too well used too much on the clips.

Found a 97 del sol in oakland at pick n pull and grabbed this immaculant weatherstripping. Still like new which i need since mine leaks badly. Btw the del sol in oakland had a beautiful interior. The door cards were like new; could be a cheap 97 interior swap for anyone.

Put in a gallon on each side of the drain tubes and they work fine. Both sides had the water drained near the rear side skirts. Its just clip D thats making the water leak in my trunk.

Sail panel had all tabs broken before i even removed it. Sucks it would wiggle as well when it was mounted on the del sol.

Attempting to remive the sail panels today so i can clean out the gutter in the body were the pillars are at so my car can stop leaking in the trunk! This Cali rain is just making my car unpleasant to drive.

JDM visors came in the mail today. Now I finally have the Edm/Jdm set! All I need now are some gather speaker grilles, and fog light del sol switch and my ibteruor is done!! Maybe heated seats as well haha

Ok so the piston literally popped out. I accidentally hit the piston while i was removing the knuckle. I put it back in, and the plastic seal isnt ripped. Just wondering if it will mess up due to it popping out. Or is everything ok? Do i push it back in with a c-clamp? Im a noob and know nothing of this so any useful information will help. Thank you.
