Honda CRV B20Z1/PPA-2 DOHC nonvtec cylinder head with a F22B2 SOHC head gasket for comparison. So seems it can bolt up, but they red marked areas show that oil ports & drains will be concerns. But i still need to compare other head gaskets and also to my F22 block this as far as i got for now...

Everything is completed fitments a little better all lights work and hood is propped up for aggressive look and the fact my JDM H22A DOHC VTEC wont allow hoods to close
