To prevent any.. uhm.. imperferctions in the flair (forgot the official name of it) i filed my line down flat before i moved onto flaring

next is putting on this bad boy, you usually want ot have about 1/8 inch or just a bit more then that sticking out of one end so it can crush the line and do the flair

make sure its really tight by putting something between the wing nuts and tightening them up as much as you can

To take out the bit you need to have that little hand wrench thingy, every kit you get will provide instructions on how to do this step, its unique to the kit. i think.

Tighten it to about as tight as you can with a stubby hand wrench or.. i beleive they say until you feel resistance, thats the flare meeting up with the other one on the inside of the line.

Electrical tape just to wrap up any spots that might rub on the wheel thanks to its lenght. (thanks ebay)

try to tuck your spare line away somewhere so it wont rub on the tire.

Thread locker, just in case you dont feel safe with your results, you can use some of this stuff, try to maybe get it redone though if your flare dosent hold up
