I took over this Civic in the early 2000's when it had a SOHC engine and a Wings West body kit. I removed the body kit, cleaned up the car and gave it the heart of an Integra Type-R along with the suspension and brakes. I eventually had the swapped legalized by BAR in California. It may not be fast, but it is sure a blast to drive.
